When I first went to the doctors with signs of menopause, I was told to come back in 4 or 5 years and given no support. This led me on a journey of discovery with my own health. Since then I've helped hundreds of women to feel like themselves again and take control.

Evidence Based Nutrition Coaching allows you to reach your goal in a balanced, non-restrictive way and teaches long term maintenance methods.

Effective nutrition is a very important part of body composition changes, in particular sufficient protein and calories without cutting out any major food groups.
